Vito Grimaldi's Resturaunt steals from small local business

If a contrator takes money and doesn't do the work. It is front page news. How about when a national resturaunt chain steals $2,600 worth of labor from a small business owner. And at Christmas time!
Worked for Grimaldi's resturaunt for 3 days replacing sewer pipes. The bill was $2,600. When I finished, the owner said he had no money and could not pay me.
Then I found out that he did the same thing to a plumber down the street.
Finally, he wrote 3 bad checks. Still hasn't paid a dime.
Contacted the owner of the National Chain. He did nothing!
