My loved ones and that I purchased a house from Pregstige House Facilities in Lake City Florida May. We were a new comer to Northern Florida and did not understand much about purchasing a house with property. We discovered a house on five miles and Pete was the salesman we talked with. He explained we're able to qualify after talking to his employer John. We requested in order for them to consider us out towards the home/property and present people around. They offered us the important thing and we went ourselves but John guaranteed ahead available around. We needed the home/property and everything seemed great. We asked concerning the study and Pete began to reveal the property is fenced in. We appeared on the site and were confused concerning the home we returned to Status and mentioned our issues Rick advised us he'd emerge herself to exhibit us about which it had been fenced-in and also the end-of the property was behind the lake. Well he held placing it down we closed documents but still kept asking him ahead out. Today he claims that it's not his issue anymore. This * trigger we don't understand were our home stops on any aspect people. There's no study that people will find and it'll charge us more than 500 to obtain one. They Lied To Market Home and Did Not Surpass their Component. We're Attached Today
