Bulldozed OUR land putting in neighbor's home, LIED about it

Our neighbors bought a home from Palm Harbor. The company ignored the surveyor's markers and bulldozed a corner of OUR land and OUR trees. They even took down our fence corner. Our lawyer wrote a letter to them asking for damages and they LIED about everything. They said I approved them bulldozing my own trees down! Since we own forty acres of "raw" land, the lawyer found that the value of our trees was not worth pursuing in court. But we were screwed and we didn't even purchase anything from them!
