Homecomings ripoff On correcting the fraud on the deed Of what they legally hold

I will try to start from the start.

Back in sept we found out that the property we now live at and are paying on is illegally held, The property was appraised on the home and 5 acres, We own 40.97. When the papers were signed for the loan it was signed for the 5 acres and home, But later after the papers left our hands someone hand wrote on the legal description. See exhibit A which is described as 40.97 acres, instead of the sorrect home and 5 acres.

We found this out thru a legal search of our property the original papers show one thing the altered ones say another. I have tried since the last Sept to get the land cleared as it should be from day one. But have accomplised nothing to this point. I have been jacked around from one person to another and no results, cost us a survey first off now, they tell me will be another appraisel the one done on the property when the loan was done in 2003 they will not accept. And they tell me they may require money paid down on the loan.

The company that did the closing take no blame and they contacted the ins. Company in Chicago A Mr. Bloese. He has drug his feet also, first one excuse and then another. He now told me he needed an up date from the original appraiser that he did in fact appraise only the home and 5 acres, it tells that in numerous places on the first appraisel. But now he needs the man to tell him it was on the 5 acres and home. Sounds like a big rip off all the way around.

Home Comings leagally A lawyer told me holds nothing leagl to our property. But making them release this land is a joke. I will not go away and they will give us back our property. Had we not needed some help and needed to get money we would not have know this. Watch when you sign papers and watch soon as it is recorded go check for your self. The big companies are out for them selves only. As long as they get the bucks who else matters.
