Charged My Account Without Authorization And Fail To Respond To My Calls ripoff, their customer service is just as bad as their ripoff product

Late one night I was possessed to try a new skin product by Chamonix. It was a special offer of $14.95 to try the product for a month. If you didn't like the product, you could send it back, which I did, after it burnt my eyes so badly.

I have called this company after they charged me $220 for something I still have not and do not want to receive. Is their product that bad that they have to force it onto people illegally?

I have called too many times, at least 30 times, left messages all over the show, and still no one has cared to return my call.
