Ripped me off Too and won't reply. Cancelled per their policy within time frame. Won't issue an RMA #. Charged my account illegally

TheColonDiet.com scam is to offer a 14 day trial. As long as you follow return procedure - Call 1 (866) 248 - 3759 where they direct you to send an email to support@thecolondiet.com to request an RMA # to return the product you will not be charged.

I called several times, left messages, and sent several emails as directed in their return policy. Never got return phone call or an email (checked spam folder as well) for a return RMA #.

I was then charged $79.95 without my authorization. I contacted Wachovia Bank to make complaint and Wachovia said they can't help since I'm in receipt of the product. I explained that I can't send it back because TheColonDiet will not give me an RMA# per their guidelines and my hands are tied.

I just sent product back today (return receipt) and filed complaint with Atty. General for MD (my state) and CA (their office address in CA). Also contacted my personal atty to file legal claim against them, and will blog all over the internet about the scam they are running.

I read another almost identical complaint from someone on this site, and the reply from TheColonDiet was that they didn't cancel during the trial period. Reply was the woman DID cancel in 11 days, well within the 14 day trial.

Same MO here again. When you see a pattern that's when it becomes clear how they are scamming people.

If not a scam they are grossly incompetent in how they run their business. Beware.
