Failed to Send Product But Was Charged

Was charged for product on three different occasions for three different amounts. Debited from my credit card. I have been trying for 4 months to get refunded to no avail, have called company 2 times a week for the last 3 months and they always have an excuse that someone will call me in up too 48 hrs. I have recd a call from them twice in the last 3 months and was told that it had too go to another higher representative for review. So far they have debted my credit card for $160 Cdn, with no product too show for it. Not very impressed by the way they handle their company. BEWARE, if you decide to try this product!!!
