Poor customer service

Positioned a sizable order and also the organization just delivered 1 / 2 of the purchase. After many emails I had been acknowledged for that products not obtained. Required a RMA also it got over per week to get the RMA. Desired to put in a item towards the return and today I'm informed I just had thirty days in the day the purchase was obtained to come back them. The client support and conversation with this specific organization is exteremly bad.
