Poor Service with no response

I requested out of this organization, whose contact info is Beautyrose1@aol.com. Which should have now been the very first touch this is just a little home-based procedure.

I paid for 2nd evening air delivery ($12.95). The purchase was delivered 4 nights later via fist class mail. I required the item for that Satuday after I put my purchase (6 days later). I obtained the purchase 8 times after putting it.

The organization continues to be virtually unresponsive to my request a partial product credit. I had been joining a household wedding and required the item for that evening. I've delivered several emails towards the organization and that I possibly get no reaction or perhaps a two-word reaction like "order delivered."

DoN't purchase out of this organization. They've numerous grievances filed against them-and don't react, to even the Greater Business Office.

It had been a frustrating & most frustrating experience.
