I live in Savona New York and about five months ago I had placed a order for a cell phone through the Asurion company. I was told that within three days I would recieve the phone I paid for to my home signature required by Airborne Express. Furthermore I waited and waited and kept tracking it through Airbornes web site www.airborneexpress.com. Within days the package kept showing up that the driver was attempting the package and leaving a slip on my door. This was not at all the truth my mother had been at the house all day for many days waiting for that package.

When I called the number I had got off the web site I had spoke to a real b* of a customer service rep her name was "Beth". This lady was so rude that If she were there face with me H* would be nicer than what I would have done to her. This "Beth" b* claimed that the driver had been making attempts on the package and got no answerleft a "attempt slip" on our door. Well would you know there was never a slip on our door ever. Also I wanted to add that my Wife had seen the driver (a scurvy non clean shaven white male) at the mini - mart that is right off highway 81/390 eating a F* Sub then he pulled right onto the highway and proceeded to go West.

The guy was only 3 blocks from my house. The next evening @ 8:30PM THE PKG was deliverd 5 days late. This company is a "rip off"
