Cchousing.com Unwilling to respond to complaints, didn't research property

Choice Corporate Housing does not back up its quality claims. It does not respond to BBB complaints (check it out - they have a score of F). They charged our military family over $7,000 for a one-month stay in an old, poor-quality apartment during our PCS move. They had never seen the property but obligated us to a sight-unseen lease in a grossly overpriced, dirty property, and then returned only part of our refundable deposits. They did not go to bat for us with the apartment management when things were in disrepair and dirty upon move-in. They admitted that the property didn't match up with their quality claims standards, but were unwilling to make it right. The way they've treated our family is unconscionable. Don't trust Choice Corporate Housing's advertising. Unless you've seen the property they're offering you, don't sign the paperwork.
