Signature Homes Island Style
ERA Management, Signature Homes Charging for Items they were problems at time of move in because now owners want their property back from them

1. I rented the property from Signature Homes one of their AKA names at the time 3 years ago. Upon move in I was told by the property manager at the time that the carpets had not been cleaned and I could get them done if I wanted to. Number one this should have been their job before even trying to rent the property and they threw it off on me so she wrote across the top of my check in paper CARPETS DIRTY this company now calling theirself Signature Homes Island Style is trying to make me pay to have the carpets proffecionally cleaned for the owners to get it back when they were never cleaned when they rented it.

2. The yard they are trying to charge me $3,500 some dollars to replace the hole yard once again because now they want the yard perfect because according to the new property manager the owners are taking their property back or no longer want them to manage it anymore which is understandable because they are constantly mismanaging money, not posting payments that people have made and changing their name over and over (Signature Homes Island Style -current, ERA Management, and Signature Homes - previous) the Hawaii State Housing Authority also questioned their behavior as they were helping with rent payments for me. A property manager for the company came out once a year to do an inspection and would state each time the yard looks good as I did upon move in only because the grass was cut and the tress were trimmed as they were upon move out but this time now all a sudden the yard is dead I was told from her that the owners were coming back to take their property back, they were ASIAN and Asian's like nice yards so now they want me to pay so that it would make it look as if they were doing their job when they wasn't.

3. They have now tried to go in and make the property look like it did when it was bought because it is being taken back from them so once again it will look like they had been taking really good care of these peoples property when they actually wasn't and want to charge me if there was a proble with the grass why was it never mentioned, they knew about the carpets this was something they were responsible for when taking over the property and they didn't for 3 years.
