This so called "apartment" manger Kim Shults and property owner Greg Wiatt (they call their misdeeds Marina Housing) are slum lords! They DO NOT keep up their property, it is falling apart, the outside is left to ruins and filth. They do not do background checks, they let drug dealers and convicts who have warrants out for their arrest move in near families and innocent bystanders! The anti-narcotics task force is at the complex everyday. Then these convicts have large dogs in a tiny apartment, they let them urinate and defecate on their balcony and on your patio!

Do you think they will do anything about it? NO! Even after the code enforcement officers are involved and health department, they don't care. You have a complaint? Too bad! They dont pick up your calls and when you need things fixed, they make it seem like you broke everything on purpose. If you have a problem, they just tell you to move and thats it. Filthy.
