This is worst and most unethical plumber I've ever encountered in over 30 years of home ownership! I had a problem, a pounding noise in my home that I asked you to send a plumber to diagnose. After the first plumber said he had no idea what the problem was, the company then send a second plumber who misdiagnosed the problem as a faulty water pressure regulator, installing a new water pressure regulator I didn't need, and poorly at that.

The regulator blew (see attached photo) because it was not installed correctly (they did not replace the connecting unions, using the previous ones that were a different brand and slightly different size), causing a flood in our home which we had to have an emergency plumber come fix.
