AT&T Pay-Per-Call
AT&T Pay-Per-Call make big promises but doesn't live up to them. Austin

Shops, Products, Services

I've experienced the same issues with AT&T Pay-Per-Call that others are talking about. I was told all I would have to do is call in any irreverent call that went past the 11 second rule and it would be taken care of. This worked for about two months then the wheels came off the customer service wagon. AT&T is trying to get me to pay for 1/2 of my BS phone calls which is about $1600. I've told several AT&T people that trying to force feed me 1/2 of the BS calls is not doing me any favors. I have a super detailed list of all the BS phone calls but they have no interest in actually working with me on my call list.

I've told AT&T I would love to have a conference call with my original sales rep but they will not let me talk to him. I've dealt with about six different people about my problems. Every time I take the time to try to resolve my problem with one of their reps I never hear from the rep again and they send me to a new rep. I've talked to AT&T people in Illinois as well as in Dallas and Austin, TX.

If you try to get a hold of a person in the Pay-Per-Call office you just end up on hold forever. It's very obvious that the people your dealing with are paid via commission and that screwing you to the wall is in their best interest.
