My Daughter is on an FMLA, while working at AT&T, She has told me repeatedly how AT&T seems to think they have the right to tell her when and for how long that she can take or use her time. They Question her when she is trying to use the time alotted her for FMLA I thought this was not only strange, but illegal, for them to question her about anything to do with FMLA, as long as she is compliant in calling them.
