Coming back from Fmla

Only been working with the company for about 5 months. I went on Fmla and upon returning is now told since i had to be tooken out of the system in order to come back i needed to reapply, i wont be making the same pay so that meant i will be making less and i will no longer have my benefits. I did like working for the company until this happen. Not sure if its worth me coming back.
