Stole products lies and covers up mistake

I sent my RayBan sunglasses that were missing a (1) lens to "decoremyeyes.com" to have the lens replaced. They advised me I would receive a quote before they repaired them, yet contacted me after the glasses were already repaired. I paid about $60.00 to have one (1) lens replaced. When I received a package from them, the glasses that were sent were a complete different brand, shape, size, lens color, and quality. They were not my glasses. I contacted "Kate" in repairs to inform them of the mistake. She insisted that the repair lab just replaced the lens with lighter colored lens and that they were the same glasses. I informed her that i notice the difference in brand, shape, size, lens color, and quality, furthermore proving that these were my glasses. They refuse to refund my money and want me to send them back the glasses that aren't mine until they "find" my actual glasses. When I insisted I want my glasses sent back to me first, "Kate" then states that they are mine, just with lighter lens. I feel this is fraudulent and unprofessional.
