This company and its owner TIM SHANKS... Are out for themselves in a big way! They hire people to do the work at a pay scale that changes with the weather or possibly for his own financial problems. The pay checks differ from week to week and he also doesn't pay for the employees travel time or even the gas that the employees use in their own vehicles to get to one of his contracted jobs. Some of the jobs could be Tampa, Sarasota, or even in the Naples area. He also plays with the hours of these employees so that it works out for him and the company! Never pays over time and has hardly ever paid the hours put in by the employee! He gets 110% from his workers, and in return for this, he screws with their checks on a weekly basis. He also can't even find the decency to call the employees himself and tell them he has no work for them. And on several occassions has had the call made as the worker is on their way to the job or even there! He will make one of his knee polishers do it for him!

PLEASE do not use this company for even a garden hose replacement... He is a crocked business man!!! I'm sure if he is doing these kind of things to his employees, then he can'tbetreating the customers fairly either!!!
