Roland Thompson Work your butt off for someone and then dont get paid

I regretfully have to report Roland Thompson as a very unprofessional employer. He tells his workers to be to work at a certain time, then you have to wait several hours for him to be ready to go to work. When he goes to work he acts as though you are his friend. Then when he messes up his paperwork "or fails to do it at all" he blames his workers. Roland makes out like it is the employees responsibility to keep track of what jobs {names of customers} that are being done. But when an employee asks the name of the company Roland would say"we will talk about it later". Then the paperwork never gets done and it is blamed on employees. Then Roland wants to tell the employees they shouldnt get paid because he loses customers.

Employees are supposed to get paid every 2 weeks. The first time Roland didnt have their pay, he told employees that he didnt get any checks from the customers and he would pay them the next week. So they waited, Next week came and he still didnt have their pay. My son was upset and didnt know what to do, because he thought Roland was his friend. It has been over 2 months and he is still claiming that the customers have not paid. What a crock of crap!!! People often wonder why todays young people dont want to work, perhaps it is people like this that dont want to pay. Dont go to work for this man if you intend on getting paid for your work.
