Use this company at your own risk. No matter what they tell you or put in writing is a sham. I cannot begin to tell you how bad the experience was trying to work with these people. Almost every piece of my furniture has damaged and most of the boxes are crushed. Expensive antiques lost and many items missing. I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit. If this is what you want, then go ahead and contract with North America Transfer or American Relocation or whatever name they are using at the time.
