Asked to be Paid in Full, Than Charge Credit Card again for an Additional Charge Ripoff

Complaint Description: North American took an additional $450.00 from my Credit Card with out a written Authorization. Upon Selecting North American I was told to Pay in Full, for which I approved this amount to be taken from my credit card. Upon arrival of my Kitchen items, they took an additional amount of $450.00 with out my written approval they just took it. Upon arrival the items were damaged extensive, New Kitchen Aid Stainless Double Oven, front Control Panel broken off, New Gas Stove, Missing 3 Legs, Top of Double oven crushed in, New Stainless Steel Dishwasher Broken Carton and broken door. Missing New commerical Micro Wave SS Oven Gone. They sent a letter stating that they estimate @. 60 per pound or a refund of $125. But you must settle in good standing, they also cc: the BBB, wrong I called the BBB and they were blowing smoke. I have contacted the BBB and they said this company has an F rating, for which they have over 30 complaints still waiting for confirmation from this company. I called North American today, and they informed me, that they have not received a letter from the BBB, and still are offering me $ 125.00 to forget this complaint. I told Mariana that this would;d not be possible, as I must stop this type of abuse for me and other people. She said the Micro Wave is still missing and I must wait, I asked how long she said I have no Idea. Their company is continuing to fraud Customers across America and we need to Stop them. I am our well over the Settlement amount, this is not including my time to dispute this California Company that is allowed to Fraud its customers. Resolution Sought: The Money they took without Authorization from my Credit Card $450.00 In their contract calls for no more than 10% over charge, this would of been $125.00. The Correct weight of broken items, 562.00 pounds at their. 60 cents per pound = $ 339.00 for damages. The replacement of the Kitchen Aid commercial series microwave, valued at over 1,500.00
