Lynnwood, WA Ripped Me Off & Im Pissed

I ordered a elephant bowl thru chunky glass pipes through the website and i didnt see the order number right away so i knew something was up but at the same time i didnt think my order went thru and tried to do it again so after awhile of checking my emails frequently i seen that i did order the bowl twice. So i emailed them and called them 7x to let them know that i only wanted one and i would be expecting my money back on my card, well i check my card and balance has been the same since i ordered the two bowls. Which was a $30 bowl in the first place, remind you the price has gone dwn since i purchased it. So $60 &i didnt get my refund on 1, but i was still stoked for my bowl so i really didnt care i thought that maybe they did refund the money and i have spent it without knowing.

WELL THE BOWL CAME TODAY. & it looks little, and as if its original price was 15 bucks!!! & it was used.
