Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing horrible unethical customer service hidden fees false information

I have and continue to have a horrible experience with Cingular Wireless. They have fraudulently overcharged many, many times and failed to make any corrections. This has gone on for months.

I have changed plans and been charged hidden fees, have found errors on many statements, they refuse to make any adjustments.

Their customer service is the most horrible, rudist, poorist group of people I have ever encountered. I have been given false information on plans and charged for their misinformation and rudely told that they cannot do anything about it and I have to pay the bill.

I was told that I had 4000 rollover minutes and free text messaging, but when I received my bill, the rollover minutes were nowhere to be seen and I was charged 50.00 for text messages. When I called them they said that apparently I misunderstood. They are fraudulently taking millions of dollars from consumers.
