I am amazed at how I have been treated by Cingular.

To start off my service has been horrible for over 2 months & evidentally it's not a priority. That started the realization that I am on an ols AT&T account & to go to Cingular I have to sign a 2 year contract. Well I signed one last September under the assumption I was on a "Cingular" plan. I should have never assumed oh wait I asked & was told I was & that I even had rollover minutes. It was not true & I just found out.

On top of this I upgraded from 300 text pages to 1000 on May 13. To my suprise on May 9 when I was still on 300 text pages I was being charged @ 111. They keep telling me it's because of the prorate. How do you explain going to more text pages & paying more. I have sent numerous emails & get the same excuse that the charges are right & they cannot refund. I am so angry!

I cannot sit back & be ripped off I work hard for what I have. If ANYONE can help me please!!
