I opened a cellular phone account with Cingular Wireless. I paid 29.99 plus tax for monthly service. When I received my bill it was up to $166 dollars, when I was expecting something around what I was paying for my plan. They charged me free night and weekend minutes as minutes that came from my plan and ran up my bill.
They claimed that night and weekend minutes started from 9pm to 7am, but I was told by the Cingular Wireless attendant that they were from 7pm to 7am. I called Cingular Wireless and they hung up on me various times.
