American Building Maintenance is under contract with multiple companies around spokane to do monthly floor cleaning maintenance. When there budget is off ABM cancels all monthly accounts work to be performed and still bills customers for the work.

It hurts consumers who are paying for the services not actually performed, and the workers who don't get there hours because the companies fraudulent activities. This has been going on for some time now.
