Unjust Treatment From Alpine Maintenance

Alpine Maintenance Service has an 30 day orientation period. Which considered if you will be employed. This orientation is just a way for you to work without them paying you what you are owed. Most of there custodian don't last the full 30 days before they started complainting about there work. Just another way of firing you. And within the that 30 days orientation if you quit $75 will be deducted out of your pay. Most custodian did not quit including I and $75 was deducted out of our pay. The building they sent me to was $1800 a month. There were two other custodian including myself, $600 for each worker that month. I work two week before they replaced me with someone else, without me knowing. Meanwhile when I was working at that building I was SEXUAL HARASSE by one of the building employees that Alpine was contracted with. When I told the supervisor about the sexual harassment, she didn't do anything about the situation. "Just stay away from that area. She said, " I told her I wanted another building. I didn't feel comfortable working at that building anymore. As I await for another building payday came around I only receive $80 FOR TWO WEEK PAY. When the check should have least been $200 or more. Thinking i was going to get another, which I didn't receive because $75 dollar was taking out for quitting. When I did not quit. I WAS WAITING FOR ANOTHER BUILDING!!! Please do not work for Alpine Maintenance they will RIP YOU OFF!!!
