A company that doesn't do what they preach, they give a good act, let you think that they are the best, but for the up charge, your better off hiring a good company individually. A company that will only hire an ethnic minority if it is to clean a building, but not to work in their office. A company who doesn't care if they lose your business unless you are an account upwards of $2000.00 a month.

For you larger companies, hire yourself a facility manager, it will save you a lot of money in the long run and you know you will have someone looking out for what is best for you and your company.
