Amazon refuses to refund credit card for goods i never received

E advised i can fax a copy of the entire transaction to show proof of my claims. On 9-3-10 i purchased 3 items online through amazon.com llc. The 1st item. 1- crossman c11 co2 powered semi-automatic bb repeater air pistol price $ 38.28 2nd item 1- crossman copperhead 6000 copper coated bb's in a bottle price $12.37. These two items were to be shipped together for a fee of $6.17 thus coming to a total of $56.82. The 3rd. Item 1 avi 12 gram co2 cartrige - 10 pk price $6.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling total cost $11.98. Combine the price $56.82 and $11.98 totals $68.80. Which is the amount amazon.com took from my credit card. I have proof of this transaction also. Two days later i checked the status of my order and i saw 1 item was not shipped and a notation was made by amazon on the sales agreement that i owed amazon an additional$6.99 before the 1 item consisting of the avi 12 gram co2 cartrige 10 pk. I than called amazon via a 1-800 number they provide online. I inquired why a claim of $6.99 was being made to the sales agreement and was informed that their copy showed that 2 avi 12 gram co2 cartriges were ordered and only 1 was paid for. I requested the 2nd item be removed from the order as i did not order 2. The female i spoke with got snappy and advised me that she was going to remove both orders for the avi 12 gram co2 cartriges and i would not be getting refunded $ 11.98. I emaile amazon.com and advised them at such time that i would file a complaint against them if my credit card was not reimbursed $11.98 in 24 hrs. However without knowing the city and exact state amazon is located i am unable to file a complaint against amazon with the BBB. Do i have any chance to get some assistance on my claim? It isn't a large amount of money it's the principle that giants corporations continue to steal from consumers without recource.
