He cam to my house to do an easy AC repair. Another HVAC Tech found the exact location of hole and said I needed new coil. Such an easy job and this Tim Wallace said he was licensed, insured, bonded, experienced and said he works for J & J Sheet Metal HVAC in Maiden NC an presented me with business card with his name on it. I gave him $500 deposit and he never came back. I called the number he gave me and it is disconnected. Also, he gave me an email address and never responds.

Now I did a search of his name and found this picture and more stories of him ripping of other in Charlotte, Monroe, Huntersville, Gastonia and other places. I called the NC State License Board and they said he is not even licensed. Watch out for him he advertises on free websites like Craigs List and other places.

Other posting and reviews I saw online about him say he is a sex offender and drug addict. That would explain why he needs that money and steals from people.
