TW, Tim Wallace cheated and conned me out of construction work

I have noticed some reports about Tim Wallace in Sherrills Ford, NC. I have dealt with him. He goes by the name TW. I paid his upfront to do work on my house and he also claimed, like others have said, to be licensed, insured, bonded and experienced. Anyway, he took the money and never did the work. I repeatedly called his home number and cell number. After some time both were disconnected. He never gave an address and I did take his plate number from his truck. When I went to the police to see if they could help they said those plates were stolen and not registered to a Tim Wallace or TW.

I agree with other reviews he is a total fraud, con man and thief. TW Tim Wallace is a low-life. I don't have a lot of money but how dare he steal from me and other.
