I attempted to order some items from walgreens.com (razors and the like), and the total came to $20.83. After I hit the button to complete my purchase (after entering all my card information), I got an error saying that Walgreens.com was down for maintenance. The charge, however, did go through.

After contacting their customer service via email, they told me that my order did not go through completely and that the charge was an authorized hold and would drop off in 3-5 days. So, I waited three days, but my bank was now reporting the charge as being cleared. I contacted them again and they said "it is an authorized hold and will drop off in 3-5 days", which completely ignored what I had told them (I said it was cleared).

I'm hoping some helpful person at Walgreens sees this and will assist me in getting back my $20.83 back. Please note, I have received NOTHING for my $20.83, nor will I as the order did not go through properly.
