Tim Wallace (TW) A Better Choice Home Improvement claimed to be NC HVAC Licensed.in fact is not, made fraudulent claim. Hired to install new Rheem coil.instead installed incompatible Goodman coil without TXJ valve. He has no clue what he was doing. System never worked. Kept calling him back to fix and he would charge service call and say you need Freon and charge $40-100 each trip 6 times. Finally called licensed, bonded and insured professional that tour Tim Wallaces work out and reinstalled right coil adn spent another $1000. Beware of Tim Wallace he is theif that prays on Charlotte elderly and single mothers and hides out in a trailor park in Denver. I finally traced him after 3 years. He screens calls. He ripped off me, my niece, her elderly handicapped nieghbor and many others.
