Applegate Moving and Storage pulled a scam to take items that were supposed to be on the truck

My mother used Arpin to move her items from Holmdel New Jersey to Plantation Florida. They loaded the truck and rushed my mother. When everything was on the truck they handed her a totally scribbled list of contents. When they arrived in Florida a friend met them. My mother hadnt gotten there yet. When she did she noticed 4 expensive pieces were not there. She tried to put in a claim and was told the pieces were not put on truck. They said maybe she sold them. Driver said he remembered them being on the truck. But after talking to manager and owner he no longer remembered. This was all planned when they found out so. Eone else was going to meet the truck
