Billing is a nightmare

This company should be run out of business! I had the misfortune to signup for their service six months ago and have been in this nightmare ever since.
They have yet to create a single monthly bill the same asthe previous months. Each month is wrong and always in their favor. Twoweeks ago i received a monthly bill for july and they had added a $250.00 fee for a piece of equipment they claimed i still had in my possession. Their own maintenance man had come to my home and removed itand returned it to their company. When i finally convinced them this was the truth and it had actually been returned, they reversed the charge. I just received a notice from my bank for the same $250.00!!!
Thesepeople really need to get their act together!!!
I'm not sure at thispoint whether to sue or just terminate my service, or both.
