No return phone calls and rude personnel

The Optometrist was good, however the Perspective Center at Damonte Ranch in Reno is just a wreck. They delayed producing my spectacles by 4 nights since the lady I requested them from did not realize "NUMBER, I just need pc spectacles AND NEVER bifocals" that we mentioned no significantly less than five times. She subsequently called it towards the Dr. Also it got THREE TIMES to achieve him. No-return telephone calls. Vision Center personnel was rude, and so I ended all my purchases.
