I typed in my info to look for a builder in Philadelphia area. Service Magic contacted Diversified Construction Group, LLC. We signed a contract on March 25 with them to demolish and remove existing foundation, install new foundation, frame and erect new home, stucco exterior of home and sheetrock entire home according to architectural plans for total of 48,000.
They demanded a huge deposit of $10,000 upfront b/c they said they need money to order dumpsters.
