Stole 1,750.00 from me to modify my mortgage but it was denied and now they wont refund my money back

Diversified home solutions charged me 1,750.00 to modify my mortgage, my mortgage company denied the modification because it hadnt been 1 year since my last modification so i let diversified know this and they refused to give me back my retainer fee. All the phone numbers have been changed and the people i delt with no longer work for them. They changed the name of the company also, very sneeky. I reported them to florida attorney general and the better business bureau
