Unfair Business Practices

Shops, Products, Services

We bought a Mr. Handyman franchise from Service Brands and it has just been a terrible experience. All of our friends in the franchise group are running out of money and Service Brands just tells us to spend more money (which we don't have much left) on advertising and have a positive attitude and outlook. It is especially bad here in Florida and they keep selling franchises. A law firm on the west coast is working on a class action law suit to try to help the owners in Florida and California and they said it will include protect painter owners in these two states. So you may want to give the lawyers a call to see if it covers you. The lawyer firm is Anticouni & Associates and the phone number is 805-962-0467. God bless and we pray no more families get hurt by these people.
