Franchise rippoff of major purpotions

Curves International owned by Howard Gary Heavin is ripping off franchise holders who built this franchise into the number one franchise in the nation a few years back. Now it is one of the worst franchise's to buy in the nation and they are closing clubs at an alarming rate. He has tried to terminate my franchise and has sold off one of my teritories which I have a franchise agreement protecting me from other curves franchises.
