David d'amato lawyer refuses to pay process server for work completed

Pronto Process was hired on May 4 by an attorney at the Law Office of Dan Ophelan. His name was David D'Amato. We received the papers from Mr. D'Amato's office asking us to please RUSH serve these documents. THEY must be done NOW. We had the papers served within 15 hours of receiving them. This was closed and returned to attorney promptly on May 5. We are still waiting for payment. We call and he gives us the "I'm in my car and can't reach my wallet, I will call you back in a few minutes." "Oh, gosh, you caught me in my car again and I can't reach my wallet while I am driving, please call me in 30 minutes." Every month, he is full of some excuse why he can't or wont pay. We were hired to do the work, we did the work and he is ripping us off by not paying for RUSH service.
