This individual contacted our company, representing himself to be an employee of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, requesting an estimate for a bathroom remodel.

One of my estimators gave a ballpark estimate thereafter.

Mr. Amato... Whom I come to find is actually an employee of a company called Burton Claim Service... Not Citizens as he represented, did not like our estimate one bit.

It seems it was more than he was willing to spend... And he replied with a long string of emails; hurling profanity, personal attacks, threats, etc...

The icing on the cake is that Jonathan Amato has since gone on the internet, making false and inflammatory statements about my company, and my employee who provided him his estimate.
