This is another company trying to scare people with threats of a process server coming to serve papers to appear in court for owing on a payday loan saying you have commited a crime of the bad check law and fraud, as they (the company) that hired them says when they charged your account that the payment was not there, or that a stop payment had been issued. I just contacted my attorney and he told me it is another bogus company and that he has had several hundred calls on this so called company and they do not exist. I was told the papers would be issued within 30 mins., that was at 3:15 pm est, it is now 5:00 pm est, and as my attorney said there will be no papers served as this is another batch of thieves wanting you to give them money. So if you get a call from 352-227-1476 this is the lead in to the nationwide scam, hang up. Nationwide gives a number of 877-638-4316, tell them to kiss off. Refuse any request for payment of any amount.
