No name debt collection company

For the past 2 years, I have been receiving calls—extremely intimidating and threatening—from this number and several related numbers. The name of the individual is always a typical American name but the accents betray their ethnicities and the location of their call center. My attorney has contacted the Michigan Attorney General's office but their is little that can be done with out-of-country scammers. I've not returned any of their calls but I have accidently answered during one of their attempts. I've requested that paper documentation be sent to my house and I will pay anything that I rightfully owe but they have never provided any address or documentation. They have contacted relatives with my last name and even ex-spouses of my siblings. They've called my work and left messages like: "I am Tony Walker from the State of Michigan Police. I have a judgment for your arrest for Internet fraud. The charge against your SS# is serious and I am asking you to call me immediately so that court papers can be served or that we can for one last time attempt to avoid your arrest and court summons. You are to call 1-866-447-3826 right away. Please know, Stephen Jackson, that you have been served."

I don't know the debt they are talking about; no legit process server calls up on the phone to give anyone a chance to work out a settlement with the complaintant. They've even said that they are waiting in the lobby of my office building with court papers and that I have 15 minutes to meet them before I am arrested. Unfortunately, these kind of harrassing tactics do make some people willing to pay money they do not owe. What I would like to know is if anyone has found a way to stop all of the calls to myself and to family members? Thanks for any advice.
