I think the parking lot should have less handicap spaces and be more clean and appealing

Okay why exist numerous handicapt spacs within the parking lot? There are usually several vacant handicapt areas available and that I cannot look for a parking area near to the gates. I believe Wal Mart must focus on this issue and also the issue of carts laying around and trash, also. I believe the parking lot must have less disability areas and start to become more clear and attractive.
