Not Recieving Wedding Album

After my July 27th wedding in 2008 i received my proofs a couple weeks following. They explained to find the 75 greatest images to become place in my 10x10 wedding record that people had previously taken care of. I introduced the 75 best images back again to the business to become put in my recording on November 18th. They mentioned the recording might get approximatly 8-16 months to be finished. Used to donot discover of there hearth (January. 2009) until March (waiting the 16 months). Once i discovered of the fireplace, i attempted numerous occasions to achieve somebody at their business telephone number. I eventually achieved Brenda Perrotta (June), the businessis operator and he or she explained i had a need to examine all my pictureis again (online) and re-pick the images that might be put in my recording. I did so so-and resumitted my images on June 23 which was the final contact I'd with anybody from Permanently Over Time Photography. I actually do have all reciepts, email, and all picture proofs (without the 75 best directed at the business).
