Wal-Mart
Too Many Empty Handicap Spaces and Dirty Parking Lot

Ok so why are there so many handicap spaces in the parking lot? There are always many empty handicap spaces open and I can never find a parking space close to the doors. I think Wal-Mart needs to work on this problem and the problem of carts lying around and garbage, too. I think the parking lot should have less handicap spaces and be more clean and appealing.
