Planned a fix for Sitting. Morning We arrived home Fri. Located a label about the doorway informing us to reschedule. Named the service-center in Tx spoke to Romeo who had been really rude and hung-up on-US, since we were upset and he'd not reschedule the fix. Carefully got anyone to emerge on Sat. He was there fo 10 minute. Said he'd to purchase a component and could be when it arrived in. Happening fourteen days today, nevertheless not fixed. We've been a Sears client, but there support division continues to be outsourced. I'll not purchase the preservation contract again!
