Every self appointed members on the board of directers. When they where removing my water meter without proper notice

When i seen my meter was being removed on 04/27/10. I walked over to water company and tried to find out why this was happening. There was a closed sighn on the window of the office. There wasnt one day of the week that the office was open at all m/f at anytime. So when i seen a car out frount i knoked and the secratery opened the door. I asked why they where pulltng my meter. She said that i had been sent a disconnect notice. I asked for copy of it she didnt have it. Then i asked how much was my bill was it was $299.59. So i gave her a check right then. She tride to call dan to put my meter back in and he wouldnt answere his phone. So she said to let her se what was going on to come back in a few mints. She locked the office door behind me. They didnt even knock on my door to ask me yo turn off my water heater before they pulled it. So when i went back a few mints. Latter she wouldnt open the door. Until she got off the phone with tom ridgway. Than i was told that because i had a well on my property i needed a back flow vavel. I have been good costemer for eight years at the same address. So at this point i asked if they had one piece of airzona state paper work showing they had the right to. Never seen anything. Then they said it would cost $700.00 for them to install a backflow. I asked if they could check to see if the well was even cross conectied. They wouldnt do that. So i asked what would take to restore my water they said to give them $250.00 deposit on a meter i have payed on for eight years. So i came back with the money. And they still wouldnt do it so i asked if any of them where lic.By the state to even install what they charging me for. No one was. So i said they didnt have the right. And walked out. Then i get in the mail a bill for $63.00 on 05/08/10 with a redding date of 05/17/10 and the meter wasnt in the ground it was pulled 04/27/10. So when iasked about that she said that i was paid up until 05/17/10 so why didnt have the servce. And i still have no servce.
